By a disgruntled customer!

I recently hired a chauffeur to attend a business meeting and was hoping that the car would be an estimable one as I needed to impress my clients. To my pleasant surprise, the chauffeur arrived in a Jaguar XJ8 and looked reasonably presentable himself. However, when I tried to strike up a conversation with him he was not very forthcoming so I decided to refrain from socializing with him.
The fact that I was going to arrive at the meeting in this luxury car contented me for the time being. Things took an unpleasant turn when after having arrived at my destination I waited for him to come and open the door for me. There was an awkward five minute wait during which he kept looking at me through the rear view mirror almost as if he was trying to tell me that I should not expect such courtesies from a chauffeur. What made the situation even more humiliating was that during this entire episode my clients were waiting outside for me to emerge out of the car and witnessed my embarrassment when I had to get out on my own.
Even though I was the victim of this kind of uncouth behavior on the part of the chauffeur yet I was unable to relate the incident to any of my peers out of sheer embarrassment. I would sincerely plead with companies to train their chauffeurs in the basic courtesies to ensure that such an embarrassing incident does not occur with other customers in the future.

Point Taken!
